The park itself is a mixed bag when it comes to layout. The front section of the park is the best area — more open, more pleasant, and closer to amenities. We were lucky to get a site directly across from the playground, which was perfect with kids. The back of the park felt cramped and a bit rundown, with tighter spacing and a more cluttered feel. It’s parks like these that make me love RV life- we didn’t have to plan this extensive trip, we can just park at an RV park for three weeks and soak up as much fun as we can. If you are feeling brave (or ask the park), you could even leave your rig and stay the night at their hotel for a little break from RV life. Atlantic city is also more than just a casino! This park feels much more natural and wooded, which creates a beautiful setting but also means big rigs need to move a little slower and pay attention. We parked our rig under gorgeous trees, spent a lot of time at the pools, experienced the Great Lakes for the first time, and even took an aggressive (but totally worth it) day trip to Niagara Falls — including the Canadian side. Once again, the campground itself was only part of the story. The real value of Brennan Beach was everything it gave us access to. Having passports ready made everything straightforward. Being from Texas, they did question us quite a bit about having guns in the truck, but they assured us that it wasn’t personal.
